Allen Nabors is a professional showjumper and trainer who spends his time between Landrum, South Carolina, and Ocala, Florida – when he’s not on the road competing. Allen began riding by the time he was 4 years old and worked to get rides competing in jumper classes at shows while a teenager. At 17, he gained experience as a working student with Laura Kraut. After beginning his acting career in LA, Allen continued to ride whenever he could, working with many trainers, including Bernie Traurig, before moving back to the east coast to pursue training full time. While on the road, Allen focuses on getting his young horses moving up the next levels in grand prix.
